Duncan Lee,

President

Mr. Lee he has significant experience in distressed debt and deeply discounted, mis-priced assets including real estate and energy. He has held senior management and governance positions with Bankers Trust, Merrill Lynch and Societe Generale in New York and London. As a Managing Director in London and New York, Mr. Lee focused on developing and implementing investment strategies for the largest global institutional investors to profit from global pricing dislocations across multiple asset classes. Mr. Lee has worked internationally with distressed assets in Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America and is conversant in French, Italian and Spanish. He has been featured on CBS Business Radio and several publications. Mr. Lee holds a BA and MBA from The University of Texas. 

Andy Fitzhugh,

CFO

Mr. Fitzhugh has over 9 years experience in SFR industry  responsible for accounting and tax on over 7,000 homes  in 35 states. Mr. Fitzhugh has 20 years experience in tax planning and estate strategies for family offices and Ultra HNW families. Mr. Fitzhugh began his career with Hartman,  Walton, Leito & Bolt, LLP (now part of BDO USA, LLP).  Mr. Fitzhugh received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation in 2001 from Baylor University.

Drew Waddell,

Finance & Acquisition Manager

Mr. Waddell has 6 years of experience in the SFR industry. Mr. Waddell was most recently the Director of Operations at Conrex Residential Property Group where he was responsible for financial, investor, and operations management with operations based throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Mr. Waddell was also responsible for growing their portfolio from 200 to over 2,000 homes as well as for securing over $140 million in home backed lender financing secured with over 2,000 assets. Mr. Waddell received a BA in Economics in 2009 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel.lacus, in mollis libero.
